Great interview Amy! I ordered a kit and also have fabric to make another one for Quilts for Kids!
This post is great, Amy! My eye doctor makes quilts and donates them to Project Linus - similar deal. I really should make a couple to get rid of the piles and piles of leftover fabric that's accumulated over the years. And YOU should get started on your first quilt!!
Hey Amy, this is really cool. Thanks for sharing! My mom is a quilter, so I forwarded the info on to her.
Hi Amy,Your interview with Chandra was great! Isn't she fun? She is very caring and a lot of fun to be with and to deliver quilts with around the country. Always upbeat, like YOU! She is great with the kids and their families and I am lucky to have her and the P&G and Downy group on our team.I wanted to say THANK YOU for all the great work you do for Quilts for Kids, Inc!Your Animal Party line of fabric from Robert Kaufman benefits us here at Quilts For kids every day. The children love the brightly colored prints and the line speaks to the child in all of us. Cats, dogs, turtles, birds and mice (OH MY) what better fabric desings could you ask for!It seems to be selling off the shelves so I hope your readers will look for it in their stores knowing how they are enabling us to wrap so many more children in need in our quilts..all through their purchase. Some of your wonderful prints made it into quitls we sent down to the children of Haiti...so see you are comforting kids all over the world now!It has been great working with you and I hope I get to see you at the Quilt Market this year. With love,Linda AryeFounding Presidentwww.quiltsforkids.org
